Where Christmas Magic Comes to Life
At Letters and Gifts from Santa, we believe some of the most treasured childhood memories begin with a little Christmas magic.
- A letter addressed especially to a child.
- A place on Santa’s Nice List.
- A North Pole Passport ready for an imaginary adventure.
- A mysterious message from the North Pole.
- Or simply the excitement of counting down the sleeps until Christmas.
We created Letters and Gifts from Santa to help parents, grandparents and families turn those little moments into memories children can treasure for years to come.
What we Offer
More Than a Letter from Santa
Letters and Gifts from Santa is designed to be much more than a place to order a Santa letter.
It is a growing North Pole Christmas experience filled with stories, activities, personalized keepsakes, printable surprises and interactive Christmas fun.
Families can explore Santa’s world, discover North Pole characters and locations, enjoy Christmas activities, create personalized experiences and find new ways to make the weeks leading up to Christmas feel special.
Some experiences are completely free, while others can be personalized, downloaded or ordered as keepsakes.
Our goal is simple: To help families create Christmas memories that feel personal, magical and meaningful.
For Every Family
A Little North Pole Magic for Every Family
Christmas magic shouldn’t always have to come with a price tag.
That’s why we believe in offering a mixture of free experiences and special paid keepsakes.
Families can enjoy Christmas activities, stories and other North Pole surprises simply by visiting the site. We also offer our Free North Pole Welcome Pack, created to help families begin their own North Pole adventure at home.

For Parents
Created for Parents. Magical for Children.
Behind every wonderful Santa surprise is usually a parent, grandparent or another caring adult helping to make the magic happen.
For that reason, our website is designed so that adults manage accounts, purchases, personalization and personal information on behalf of children.
Children may enjoy appropriate stories, activities, games and other Christmas experiences with the involvement and supervision of a parent or guardian.
When personalization information about a child is provided, we encourage parents and guardians to provide only the information needed to create the requested experience.
Protecting the trust families place in us is important, and our Privacy Policy explains how information provided through our website is collected, used and protected.
For North Pole Collection
Thoughtfully Created Christmas Experiences
We want everything that arrives from our North Pole to feel special.
That means paying attention to the small details — the wording of a letter, the design of a certificate, the excitement of an envelope arriving in the mail, and the feeling a child gets when something appears to have been created especially for them.
Our collection may include experiences such as:
Personalized Letters from Santa
Nice List Certificates
North Pole Passports
Christmas Printables
North Pole Activities
Stories
Games
Family Christmas Experiences
Personalized Keepsakes
Seasonal Surprises
Our North Pole will continue to grow as we create new ways for families to celebrate together.
Our Purpose
Creating Traditions, Not Just Products
Some Christmas decorations are packed away in January.
Memories are different.
Years later, a child may not remember every present that was underneath the Christmas tree — but they may remember the year Santa knew their name, the letter that arrived just for them, the certificate they proudly displayed, or the night their family explored the North Pole together.
Those are the moments we hope to help create.
Our greatest goal is not simply to sell Christmas products.
It is to help families create traditions they look forward to every December and memories they carry with them long after childhood.
