4. Family Accounts & Child Profiles
Letters and Gifts from Santa may allow an adult account holder to create one or more Child Profiles within a family account.
A Child Profile is not intended to be an independent adult ecommerce account.
The adult account holder remains responsible for:
- Managing the family account
- Managing Child Profiles
- Providing appropriate consent
- Reviewing personalization information
- Managing privacy settings
- Managing authorized devices
- Controlling purchases
- Maintaining account security
- Supervising children’s use of the website
Children should not need to provide their own email addresses or create independent purchasing accounts where the family-profile system is available.
5. North Pole Mode
We may provide a restricted child-friendly environment referred to as North Pole Mode.
North Pole Mode may allow a child to access age-appropriate features associated with their Child Profile, such as:
- Games
- Stories
- Christmas countdowns
- Activities
- North Pole Passport experiences
- Santa Village experiences
- Personalized entertainment
- Other child-appropriate features
North Pole Mode is intended to restrict access to adult account functions.
It should not provide children with direct access to areas such as:
- Billing information
- Saved payment methods
- Parent account settings
- Order administration
- Mailing addresses
- Privacy controls
- Parent-only personalization information
- Sibling profiles
- Account deletion
- Parent-only Christmas surprises
Parents and guardians remain responsible for appropriate supervision of children’s use of connected devices and our website.
6. Parent PIN & Security Features
Where available, parents may establish a PIN or use another authentication method to protect adult-only areas.
The parent or account holder is responsible for keeping:
- Passwords
- Parent PINs
- Authentication links
- Device authorization links
- Account recovery information
confidential.
Do not knowingly share Parent PINs or adult login credentials with children or unauthorized persons.
Certain sensitive account actions may require full authentication even if a Parent PIN has already been entered.
7. Authorized Child Devices
Letters and Gifts from Santa may allow a parent to authorize a child’s device to access a specific Child Profile in North Pole Mode.
Device authorization may use technologies such as:
- Temporary links
- QR codes
- Secure activation codes
- Device tokens
- Similar authentication methods
Authorized child devices are intended to receive only the permissions associated with the selected Child Profile and North Pole Mode.
Parents may be provided with tools to review or revoke authorized devices.
Parents should revoke access if a device is lost, sold, transferred, shared with an unauthorized person or no longer used by the child.
8. Parent Responsibility for Child Profiles
The adult account holder is responsible for information entered into Child Profiles.
Please provide only information reasonably necessary to create the requested experience.
Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information about a child.
By creating or managing a Child Profile, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the information submitted and to request the applicable service.

9. Account Security
You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your account.
Please notify us promptly if you believe:
- Your password has been compromised
- Someone has accessed your account without permission
- A Parent PIN has been discovered by an unauthorized person
- A child’s authorized device has been lost or stolen
- An unauthorized purchase has occurred
- Your account is otherwise at risk
We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect an account, our users or our systems.
10. Orders
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information reasonably necessary to process and fulfill the order.
Before submitting an order, please carefully review:

- Digital or mailed format
- Recipient’s name
- Personalization
- Mailing address
- Email address
- Destination country
- Quantity
- Price
- Currency
- Shipping method
- Applicable taxes and charges

You are responsible for correcting errors before submitting your order.
11. Order Acceptance

We generally create personalized products using the information provided by the customer.
Once personalization or production has begun, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

15. Appropriate Personalization
Personalized Santa products are intended to create positive, entertaining Christmas experiences.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse personalization requests that contain content we reasonably consider:
- Threatening
- Abusive
- Harassing
- Hateful
- Sexually explicit
- Exploitative
- Fraudulent
- Unlawful
- Dangerous
- Grossly inappropriate for the intended experience
- Infringing on another person’s rights
We may contact the purchaser regarding an inappropriate personalization request or cancel the affected order where necessary.
16. Digital Products
Products clearly identified as digital or downloadable are delivered electronically and do not include a mailed physical item unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have suitable equipment and software to access common digital file formats.
We recommend downloading purchased files promptly and maintaining an appropriate personal backup.
We do not guarantee indefinite availability of downloadable files or discontinued products.
17. Digital Product Licence
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing or downloading a digital product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
You may not, unless we expressly authorize it:

- Redistribute them
- Upload them to file-sharing websites
- Sell printed copies
- Claim them as your own work
- Remove ownership notices

- Repackage them for resale

International delivery times can vary considerably.

20. Delivery Estimates
Processing and delivery estimates are provided in good faith based on the information reasonably available to us.

21. Incorrect Addresses

- Submit unlawful content
- Infringe intellectual property rights
